Fees
Fees are set based upon both the nature and the complexity of your case. During the initial office consultation, we will thoroughly discuss your situation. At the end of this initial office consultation, I will quote you a fee. The decision is then yours as to whether you will retain me.There is no charge for the initial office consultation.
In most instances, payment in full is required prior to beginning my representation of you. However, everyone has a unique financial situation. We can work together to achieve a mutually agreeable fee arrangement.
